David Gerardo Alexander joined the firm in 2017 and has worked closely through the years with Family Offices, High Net Worth Individuals, and Wealth Managers to provide exquisite performance analysis and reporting. He is a team player with excellent client service skills to engage with Mirador’s diverse range of clients.

David holds a B.S. in Finance from Bentley University and spent a semester at the Copenhagen Business School. He is a US-Mexican dual citizen and speaks Spanish fluently. As an avid runner, David has run two marathons so far in support of Cure SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy).

Matthew Bergwall joined Mirador LLC in 2019 as an Intern and in 2020 started working as a Software Engineer. Matt has worked in web development for six years, and he has been excited to share his expertise with the team at Mirador.

In the spring Matt will be beginning his college experience at the University of Miami in Florida, where he will be majoring in Computer Science & Business Analytics, with a minor in Finance. He hopes to continue his engineering work with Mirador throughout college and beyond.

Matt enjoys New York sporting events and spends most of his free time at firepits with his friends, or at his computer building the next top-notch software.

Juan Carmona brings close to ten years of client service experience and knowledge of working with RIA’s and multi-family offices with a total AUM of $10B. He is motivated to foster the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering concrete results.

Juan attended the University of Connecticut, where he received a B.S in Resource Economics and B.A in Spanish. In his spare time, you will find Juan acting and dancing in productions at his local church, working with children and youth, and bowling. Juan currently resides in Danbury with his wife and three children.

Jennifer Chang has worked in the asset management industry for a decade in various capacities, including performance reporting, client services, operations, and investments. Prior to Mirador, she worked at an OCIO, performing private equity due diligence for endowments, foundations, and family offices.

Jennifer is a big believer in collaboration and teamwork and takes pride in being an extension of her clients’ team and taking the time to understand their needs to make their lives easier. As an experienced wealth management professional with expert knowledge of reporting systems, she is committed to simplifying data to improve workflows, information consumption, and decision making.

Jennifer is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Originally a California native, she currently resides in Greenwich with her husband and daughter.

When she’s not parsing through large swaths of data, she enjoys traveling internationally and baking with her daughter.

Scott Davidson graduated in 2019 from Quinnipiac University with a bachelor’s in finance and an MBA. While at school, Scott competed for the Division 1 Men’s Ice Hockey program where he was a three-time AHCA Scholar All-American.

He is joining us after a short professional hockey career in the ECHL. Scott hails from the small remote town of Trail, British Columbia, Canada.

In his spare time, he loves to golf, run, listen to music, and strum his ukulele.

Gloria Delgado graduated from Universidad Católica San Pablo (Arequipa, Peru) where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, with a minor in Finance.

Gloria was an outstanding student and graduated with honors in the top 3% of her class. In addition to English and Spanish, Gloria speaks German. Prior to joining Mirador, Gloria worked at Aon where she produced client reports, presentations and correspondence.

Gloria enjoys spending her spare time outdoors, fitness training, and reading.

Jeffrey Frenzilli is a diligent, problem-solving professional who has worked for many years in the fin-tech arena. He is experienced in working with RIA’s, single and multi-family offices with such firms as Rockefeller Capital Management. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Finance from Fairfield University, Dolan School of Business.

Jeffrey is an avid skier who once competed for a USCSA national championship. He likes spending summer weekends on the golf course or down the Shore with family and friends.

Jeffrey is a New York sports fan and a member of the Stamford Dart League.

Bill Gallagher joined Mirador after owning and operating his own business for the past 8 years. He began his professional career at Ernst and Young in their FSO audit department. Prior to that he earned both is Bachelor’s in Accounting and MBA from Sacred Heart University.

Bill loves sports, being outside, and doing anything competitive. He was the freshman defensive coordinator for Darien High School for 5 seasons and a volunteer baseball coach for 2 seasons.

Michael Gault joined the firm from Mid Atlantic Capital Group, formerly The Private Wealth Partners, an independent RIA and introducing broker. Michael built the technology platform and the operation department focused on the needs of ultra high net worth investors and the financial advisors that service them.

Prior to that, Michael helped launch Cantor Fitzgerald Wealth Partners (CFWP), an independent wealth advisory firm servicing HNW families, foundations and endowments. Michael was a member of CFWP’s management team and focused on sourcing financial products and technology solutions.

He began his career with Mellon’s Private Wealth Management, worked as an investment associate at UBS Financial Services, and lastly was a senior portfolio strategist and platform architect for WeiserMazars Wealth Advisors, an RIA and wholly-owned subsidiary of an international accounting firm based in New York City.

Eric P. Gies joined Mirador, LLC as a Partner in 2020. Bringing 23 years of high-net-worth financial services leadership experience, Eric leads the firm’s client directed investment platform. Prior to joining Mirador, Eric was the national head of the Waypoint Real Estate Investments high-net-worth capital markets team. Previously, Eric was the Northeast Region Head for Bessemer Trust, National Head of Wealth Management for Neuberger Berman and held several leadership roles with Bernstein Global Wealth Management. He began his career as a Naval Flight Officer in the U.S. Navy flying F-14A Tomcats. He holds a B.S. with honors in Engineering from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from Jacksonville University.

In his spare time, Eric loves every minute he is on the golf course and spending time with his wife and their four children.

Morgan Gutenberger recently graduated cum laude from Rhodes College with an Economics and Business bridge major. Morgan was recognized for her leadership skills by Rho Lambda, The National Sorority Leadership Recognition Society. She also served as the Honor Council President, Co-Chair for tour guides, and Risk Manager for Delta Delta Delta.

She comes to Mirador with experience working as an intern at Raymond James and Lowe, Brockenbrough & Company working closely with wealth advisors and compliance managers.

In the Winter of 2020, Morgan competed in the 901 Race Series and finished in first place for each race in her division; it included a 5k, 10k, 15k, and a half marathon. Besides staying active, Morgan enjoys trying new restaurants.

Blake Johnson joined the firm in 2020 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arkansas, Sam Walton School of Business where he graduated as a part of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society. Blake is currently a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Level II Candidate. While in school, Blake started and continues to run his own business with his siblings.   Additionally, Blake interned with Koch Industries where he provided profitability reporting and analysis on projects, developed a precious metals tracking database, and other key activities.

Originally from Texas, Blake enjoys Houston and Arkansas Razorback sports and spends his free time trail running, fitness training, and studying. 

Briggs Long began his career with Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group as an Analyst. Since then he has worked with UBS Private Wealth, and Requisite Capital Management as an Associate Director. Briggs’ track record within Private Wealth has prepared him to go above and beyond in delivering solutions and results for clients.

Briggs recently completed his Master’s degree from the Bush School with a concentration in International Finance. A resident of Washington D.C., Briggs enjoys finding hidden gems in the district, hiking, and exploring with his two dogs.

Sequoya Madden serves as the Head of IT Infrastructure for the Mirador team. His most recent work experience was with WDF, Inc., a subsidiary of Tutor Perini Corporation, where he spent ten years as their IT Manager. Throughout his tenure there, he worked to continually improve IT services, infrastructure, security and compliance, all while keeping abreast of the latest technology. He started his career as network technician with a small IT consulting firm where he quickly advanced to his previous role as IT Manager. In that role, he oversaw expert support for over 300 employees.

Since he was a young boy, Sequoya has always harbored a passion for technology, going as far as to start building his own computers at a very young age. Sequoya is constantly studying the latest technological advancements with a focus on cloud solutions, ease of use, security, compliance, and digitization.

Sequoya has always strived to bring excellent service to meet the needs of his clients throughout his career. He is excited to be working with the Mirador team and looks forward to contributing his technology skill set and innovative solutions to the firm.

A lifelong resident of Greenwich, CT, Sequoya currently lives there with his wife and two young daughters. In his free time, he enjoys going to the beach, accompanying his family on nature walks and is an avid reader.

Anthony Martino believes in providing clients with the utmost respect and integrity. His previous employment includes experience in the professional services industry at CohnReznick, LLP, and in the technology group at HTx Services, LLC.

Anthony graduated from Quinnipiac University with both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration. He received magna cum laude honors and was a member of the Financial Management Association National Honor Society, and the Connecticut Hedge Fund Association.  Anthony also assisted in managing a segment of Quinnipiac University’s endowment fund as a Portfolio Analyst.  In 2018, Anthony represented Quinnipiac University at the American Marketing Association’s 40th Annual International Collegiate Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Anthony attended Commack High School and was a member of the Soccer (2015 New York State Class AA Champion) and Lacrosse teams. Anthony enjoys weightlifting, fishing, and hiking in his free time.

Noel Mathew began his career at Newtown Savings Bank, where he worked for three years, most recently serving as a Credit Analyst within their Commercial Banking unit. Noel graduated from Grove City College in 2016, dual majoring in Economics and Finance and recently completed a master’s degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Information Technology from Sacred Heart University.

His background in banking and technology has equipped Noel with a point-of-view that allows him to resolve diverse problems and follow-through to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Noel currently resides in Monroe, Connecticut and is an active member of White Plains Gospel Chapel, where he volunteers most of his free time at the church and in the Westchester, New York community.

Brett Morrison is a recent graduate of Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.  While at Fairfield, he also competed for the school’s Division I baseball program.

Brett has extensive experience in the wealth management industry where he was an intern for the Wealth Transition Collective.

In his free time, Brett loves to workout, golf and is a Boston sports fan.

Chrisbell Ni is a recent graduate of MIT Sloan’s Master of Finance program. Before attending MIT, Chrisbell obtained her Bachelor of Arts at Colby College, double majoring in Economics and Math, Phi Beta Kappa.  She also attended the esteemed University of Oxford under the Visiting Student Program studying Mathematics and Statistics.  

Before joining Mirador, Chrisbell has gained experiences in the financial industry by interning at various institutions including Goldman Sachs, CICC, and KPMG where she gained knowledge on Artificial Intelligence, valuation analysis, portfolio performance analysis, and strategic industry research.  

Chrisbell enjoys spending her free time watching detective movies, swimming, and cooking with friends. 

Eddie O’Hara is a client advocate committed to supporting our clients with a positive, collaborative attitude and professionalism.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University where he was a four-year student-athlete on their Division II football team. Eddie also volunteered as an ambassador and mentor for incoming freshmen recruits to help them feel welcome and become acclimated to the school.

As a Fairfield County native, Eddie attended Norwalk High school where he played football, basketball, and baseball. In his spare time, he likes to play and watch sports, listen to music, and walk his dogs.

Kiruthika Nair has worked in the financial reporting industry for over 13 years, gaining experience in financial analysis, performance analysis, SQL, Python and Tableau.

As a seasoned Financial Analyst, Kiruthika is passionate about excellence at work, having won the “Above and Beyond” award multiple times at AllianceBernstein. Kiruthika obtained her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Masters in Business Administration at the State University of New York.

She is working towards earning her Masters in Accountancy from Auburn University. Kiruthika has two boys, enjoys exploring New York City, hiking, Crossfit and spending time with family and friends.

Matt Narel joined Mirador in 2020 after spending the previous two years as an analyst for a multi-billion-dollar RIA located in Westchester.

Matt brings a wealth of knowledge in financial planning and analytical expertise to the team. Prior to entering the world of Finance, Matt spent his early professional career as a watchmaker, developing his own brand and managing the service department of the world’s largest watch retailer. Matt holds a B.S. in Business Management as well as an M.S. in Business Analytics, both from Quinnipiac University.

Matt currently resides in Brookfield, Connecticut and is extremely passionate with all things related to cars and watches.

Katrina Niedziela began her career with Guilford Savings Bank as an Operations Intern gaining experience in the financial industry space.

Katrina knows success from her university days where she was a member of the women’s lacrosse team that won two NCAA national championships and takes that mindset to succeed with her clients here at Mirador.

Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics from Gettysburg College where she served as VP of Omicron Delta Epsilon, an international honor society in the field of economics.

In her spare time she enjoys playing with her dog and indulging her sweet tooth!

Joan Post has over 15 years of human capital management experience for financial services firms including JPMorganChase, American Express, and UBS.  She has an expertise in talent acquisition, learning & development, HR strategy design, and is a seasoned people and project manager.

Joan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The College of the Holy Cross and a Master’s degree in Business Education from New York University.

When she’s not enjoying time with her family, including her two young kids, Joan is happiest while on an early morning run or playing the piano.

Lauren Ruocco began her career at SumRidge Partners, a top-ranked regional fixed income broker-dealer who provides liquidity to a vast domestic and international client base. She worked her way to become the sales team’s co-director specializing in delivering tactical municipal, emerging market high yield and investment grade corporate bond coverage to both the independent RIA and IBD community.

Most recently, Lauren was a Senior Consultant for Diamond Consultants, consulting on M&A transactions and recruiting within the independent RIA space.

Lauren graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Real Estate from the Villanova School of Business in 2012. In her free time, you can catch Lauren on her Peloton or traveling with her husband.

Patricia Dowd Sarsen has worked in the financial industry for over fifteen years in various capacities, demonstrating her deep breadth and depth of experience in this space.

As a seasoned financial professional, she is passionate about advancing her knowledge of technology and servicing Mirador’s clients with the utmost care.

Patti has two teen-aged boys enjoys watching sports (especially her sons’ teams) and being outdoors.

James Shepard is a recent graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Minoring in Business Administration where he stood out as a President of the Inter-Fraternity Council.

James has direct financial advisory experience as an intern with Edward Jones, the Office of Governor for Vermont and the Thomaston Savings Bank.

James spends his free time watching Yankee’s baseball or preparing for the CFA Level 1 exam.

Derek Smith is a recent Summa Cum Laude graduate of Quinnipiac University’s School of Business.

He was Captain and Defenseman in the Quinnipiac Men’s Division I Ice Hockey Team and was selected as the ECAC Student-Athlete of the Year. Derek was a four-time Male Scholar-Athlete Award winner with the highest GPA in class for male student-athletes. He was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma international business honor society for colleges and a Financial Management Association.

Derek has the ability to leverage his expertise as a core team player to unite, motivate, and create cohesion among diverse peers.

Suzanne Stafford is an energetic results-oriented team player and community leader. She is a strategic thinker and excels in developing and supporting strategy to build partnerships that align with Mirador’s mission.

Before dedicating time to her family, Suzanne was employed in various financial positions with such firms and Citibank, Alliance Capital, Lipper and Company and Bank One. Suzanne is a graduate of Brown University with a double major in Economics and Organization Behavior and Management.

In her spare time, Suzanne loves to be outdoors, especially on the beach or exercising, reading, and cheering on her children on the athletic field. She lives in Darien with three children and chocolate labrador “Laka.”

Jacob Theut graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Northeastern University, where he was recognized as an Academic All American for outstanding academic performance as a student-athlete. Jacob went on to receive his Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. During his time there, Jacob co-authored a study on growing and sustaining effective leadership and was recognized for his leadership skills by his nomination to The National Society of Leadership and Success.

Jacob comes to Mirador with experience as a management intern at The UPS Store. There he created a customer loyalty program and increased customer retention by 30% at his location. Jacob currently plays professional hockey for the Norfolk Admirals in the ECHL while assisting client advocates at Mirador. Jacob is passionate about sports and brings his drive and competitive nature to his work at Mirador.

Outside of work, he enjoys boating, the outdoors, and has a French Bulldog named Mojo.

Kaitlyn Troy worked for over 10 years in communications and event management. She started her career in New York City at global public relations agency Burson-Marsteller, where she worked with clients to develop and execute multi-tier media relations campaigns.

She moved to an in-house role next as a senior communications manager at Unilever NA, where she oversaw all internal communications channels and leadership communications, as well as managed Unilever’s employee community relations initiatives.

Kaitlyn graduated with honors from Bucknell University with a double major in Economics and International Relations.

She lives in Darien, CT with her husband and three children where she has been an active community volunteer.

Aileen Wiate joined the firm in June 2019 and is currently helping the firm with Business Analytics. She most recently worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Oracle Investment Management, Inc, a healthcare-focused Investment Advisor in Greenwich, CT.

Prior to that she worked for Duff Capital Advisors, Auspex Group, Goldman Sachs and Arthur Andersen. She graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree and passed the Certified Public Accountants exam in May 1996.

She lives in Darien with her husband and 2 sons (ages 15 and 12). She currently serves as the Treasurer and Board Member for the Darien Youth Hockey Association, a not-for-profit youth sports program.
